Biographical information, 1989

This series is organized in two subseries: A. 1988 and 1990 campaigns and B. 1992 campaign. Subseries A documents Kopetski’s two campaigns against incumbent Republican Denny Smith. There are numerous letters received from potential voters. These letters were often a response to a fundraising letter sent by the Kopetski campaign and represent a wide variety of opinions on the campaign, local and national issues. Subseries B covers Kopetski's 1992 campaign in which he won the primary and was reelected by a wide margin.
