The Campix served as an unofficial, off-campus alternative newspaper to The Collegian. It was started by Collegian columnist and sports editor, Gil Lieser '43. The Campix used the process of lithography for its publications, allowing for the use of more photographs, and a slightly different appearance from the Collegian
