Scope and Contents

In addition to pamphlets, bumper stickers, campaign buttons, and letters of support for the 1992 campaign, Subseries A contains scripts for audio commercials; photographs of Smith; and information on his opponent, Denzel Ferguson. In Subseries B materials include letters of support for Smith’s proposed run for governor, fundraising materials, and news clips relating to Smith’s retirement from Congress.
