This series includes photographs of Kopetski with various constituents of Oregon’s Fifth District taken during the years 1991-1995. The Fifth District is comprised of Lincoln, Marion, Polk and Tillamook counties as well as part of Benton, Clackamas and Multnomah counties. These photographs are accompanied by the letter sent with them to the constituent. A number of the photographs were taken when the Capital Dome statue, “Liberty,” was removed for cleaning.
