Scope and Contents Memorandum was a weekly publication produced by the Associated Students of Willamette University between 1983 and 1984. Holli Davenport, Assistant to the Chaplains, began publishing MemoRandom in 1973. Publication changed hands, and undertook a slight name change, when ASWU took over. ASWU published Memorandum for only one year due to lack of funding. Publication then went back to Holli Davenport, until the publication turned into Inside Willamette in 1993.
