This series contains a hand-made photograph album with poetry documenting life in Wiggins’ apartment in New York from 1891to 1892. The scrapbook has Wiggins’ nomination materials for an achievement award at the National League of American Pen Women biennial convention in Washington DC, 1948 as well as other items. This series includes drawings, sketches, articles and poetry. Article topics include William Merritt Chase and a talk Wiggins gave about color. The majority of the poems are typed with handwritten annotations. There is one group of poems that are handwritten and there is an album with Wiggins’ poetry, poems by friends and a copy of The Whistling Swan magazine.
