Description From the Series: Holli Davenport, Assistant to the Chaplains, began publishing MemoRandom in 1973. Publication changed hands, and undertook a slight name change, when ASWU (Associated Students of Willamette University) took over publication in 1983. ASWU published Memorandum for only one year due to lack of funding. Publication then went back to Holli Davenport, until August 1989 when the Office of News and Publication took over publication and changed the title back to Memorandum....
