Scope and Contents
The Office of Student Activities records highlight student involvement at Willamette University. Records include annual reports, student involvement surveys, constitutions and by-laws of Willamette’s many student organizations, as well as the planning and documentation of many student-led events. Records also document the activities of Willamette’s Greek life, including minutes, recruitment, and scrapbooks from Willamette fraternities and sororities.... Additionally, this collection includes the records of Willamette’s student government, the Associated Students of Willamette University (ASWU). ASWU records include Senate minutes, transition binders, funding and budget materials, and overall documentation of student life at Willamette. The Office of Student Activities collection also includes records from the Campus Recreation department and the Community Service Learning program. Campus Recreation records include materials relating to club sports and Willamette's Outdoor Program. Community Service Learning program records include materials relating to Take a Break (an alternative Spring Break program) and other service learning projects.
