The Alum Information Cards in this series contain addresses and life event information (graduation, marriage, children born, death) for alums in classes of 1864-1990, with placeholder cards (names and class year only) for classes of 1991-1994. They were updated with death dates up to 2004. For alums who changed their names (usually upon marriage), there is a cross-reference card sorted alphabetically with the previous name and indicating the new name.

The Board of Trustees cards and Honorary Doctorate recipient cards are part of the same set as the Alum Information Cards, and contain the same type of information.

The Alum Records contain similar information about alums who graduated prior to 1916. These are a snapshot of information, and were not continuously updated in the way the Alum Information Cards were.
