The Rex Amos papers comprise artwork, journals and diaries, correspondence, and writings by and about the artist Rex Amos. Also included are materials and correspondence by and about multiple Pacific Northwest artists including Sandy Brooke, Matt Glavin, and Peter Voulkos as well as materials documenting Amos's extended family.

The Claudia Cave papers consist of mail art, sketchbooks, slides of drawings and paintings, photographs, promotional fliers, newspapers, books, digital files, t-shirts, a cardboard cutout of Cave, and correspondence related to Cave’s art career during the years 1974 to 2016.

The Tom Cramer papers documents the art career of Tom Cramer during the years 1964-2017. It also includes an extensive collection of family correspondence from 1943 to 2012. This collection contains original art, art gallery promotional fliers and posters, photographs and slides, sketchbooks, newspapers and clippings, and daily planners and journals.

The Ruth Dennis Grover Papers contain correspondence, photographs, sketchbooks, personal papers such as copies of contracts, school transcripts and financial information.

The Betty LaDuke papers document her prolific career as a painter, including her creative process using photography and sketchbooks, from 1950 to 2018. This collection also includes materials related to LaDuke's commitment to advocate for and represent women and women artists around the world as well as personal documents concerning her family and friends.

The Jeanne Moment papers include photographs, sketchbooks, inventories, sales logs, and other materials related to the professional life of the artist Jeanne Moment.

The Nelson and Olive Sandgren papers document the art and teaching careers of Nelson Sandgren and contains extensive personal records of the Sandgren family from 1936 to 2016.

The Harry Widman papers document the art and teaching careers of Harry Widman from 1937 to 2015. This collection also includes family documents from 1895 to 2015.
