The Harry Widman papers document the art and teaching careers of Harry Widman from 1937 to 2015. This collection also includes family documents from 1895 to 2015.

The Dale Whitney papers contain 35 mm negatives, photographic samples, test prints, and exhibition prints from Whitney's time as an overseas freelance photographer. Locations for these images include Austria, China, Greece, Italy, Korea, Oregon, and the Philippines. Also included is a collection of publications featuring Whitney's photography and reportage and her photographic equipment.

The Ruth Dennis Grover Papers contain correspondence, photographs, sketchbooks, personal papers such as copies of contracts, school transcripts and financial information.

The Bill Rhoades Northwest Art Archive is a representation of Northwest artists and their work ranging from 1940 to 2013. The Archive consists of correspondence, interviews, printed material, and photographs that Bill Rhoades has collected about Northwest artists.

The John Rock papers include a record book of paintings and prints completed by Rock during the 1960s and 1970s as well as exhibition flyers.

This collection includes letters and calligraphy written by artist Charles Heaney to Ruth and Rex West. Also included are two paintings of Heaney's as well as exhibition notices and newspaper clippings featuring Heaney's work.

The 12x16 Gallery records (bulk 2006-2018) feature promotional postcards and brochures, Myron Filene's photographs of the gallery, administration files, folders on specific artists, a scrapbook, employee log books, the gallery visitors’ books, and an archived version of the website.

The Constance Fowler Collection consists of her biographical records, correspondence, exhibition catalogues and fliers, reviews, publications, manuscripts, selections from her library, as well as examples of her prints, printing blocks, paintings, and drawings.

This collection contains materials written by and about artist Dorathy Bruce Farr from 1965 to 1989.

The Myra Albert Wiggins papers consist of biographical materials, correspondence, publications, news clippings, writing, drawings and photographs. The collection also contains diaries, scrapbooks, personal artifacts and published works by Wiggins.
