The Lestle J. Sparks Willamette Student World War II Correspondence collection contains letters written between Willamette students serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and Willamette Professor Lestle Sparks during World War II.

The Willamette University Office of Communications records contain the University's printed promotional material, as well as administrative materials from the Office of Communications.

The Willamette University Registrar records include correspondence between prospective students and parents with the registrar of Willamette University. The majority of letters in this collection are requests and responses for information about the University.

The Willamette University Business records contain documents pertaining to the financial operations and real estate of the university since 1855, including correspondence, receipts, ledgers, reports, financial statements, deeds, and mortgages.

The Sustainability Institute records contain photographs and posters produced by the Center for Sustainable Communities, Zena Farm, and Willamette University as well as digital records compiled as transition documentation between directors.

The Willamette University Memorabilia collection includes a variety of items collected over the course of the university's history, including lettermen sweaters and jackets, sports uniforms, artifacts from buildings, glassware, freshman beanies, the first Blitz mascot costume, and a variety of other objects.

Robert Putnam was an Assistant Professor in the Drama Department at Willamette University from 1953-1974. The collection contains programs, photographs, and other materials related to the productions he was involved with during his career and after his retirement.

The Willamette University Campus Photograph collection contains photographic images of the University's buildings, landscape, events, and surroundings.

This collection includes gifts given to Willamette University by Tokyo International University, yearbooks for the American Studies Program, and oral histories and videos related to the relationship between Willamette University, Tokyo International University, and Tokyo International University of America.

The Willamette University May Weekend collection contains photographs, newspaper clippings, and event programs related to the University's celebration of May Day. Some of the scenes depicted include the winding of the May pole, coronation of the May King and Queen, and group dances.
