The Freshman Glee Records consist of planning and publicity materials, artifacts and sound and visual media dating from 1914 to 1997 and 2007.

The Library records document the activities of the Willamette University Library and the Friends of the Library.

The Willamette University May Weekend collection contains photographs, newspaper clippings, and event programs related to the University's celebration of May Day. Some of the scenes depicted include the winding of the May pole, coronation of the May King and Queen, and group dances.

This collection contains copies of the Medical Department catalogues and copies of the medical journal, Oregon Medical & Surgical Reporter. Also included are faculty meeting correspondence and annual reports of the Medical Department.

The Willamette University Memorabilia collection includes a variety of items collected over the course of the university's history, including lettermen sweaters and jackets, sports uniforms, artifacts from buildings, glassware, freshman beanies, the first Blitz mascot costume, and a variety of other objects.

The Willamette University Office of Communications records contain the University's printed promotional material, as well as administrative materials from the Office of Communications.

The Office of Student Activities records document the activities of student organizations and student-led events at Willamette University. Included are organizations such as the Associated Students of Willamette University and the Interfraternity and Panhellenic councils, as well as Opening Days and other programming.

These records document the Office of the Chaplains history and its relationship to Willamette University and the Salem community. Documents include pamphlets, posters, programs, photographs, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Also included are the papers of Charles Wallace, University Chaplain from 1985-2012.

This collection contains the correspondence and administrative records produced by the Willamette University Office of the President. Records date from Willamette's first president Francis S. Hoyt, appointed in 1853.

The Willamette University Registrar records include correspondence between prospective students and parents with the registrar of Willamette University. The majority of letters in this collection are requests and responses for information about the University.
